James Carson IV

James Carson IV is an accomplished leader in soccer development and education with extensive experience in coaching, administration, and social media marketing. Currently serving as President & COO and CEO of Sogility since June 2019, James oversees innovative player development utilizing advanced technology in soccer training. Previously, as Social Media Director for Indiana Fire Juniors from August 2016 to June 2023, James enhanced the club's brand through strategic social media management. With a background as Head Coach at Indiana Fire Academy & ECNL from July 2014 to July 2022, James has adeptly guided youth soccer teams to national success. Additionally, as an administrator at New Castle Community Schools from August 2011 to June 2019, James focused on fostering a collaborative environment and improving cultural standards. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Indianapolis, completing studies in 2003 and 2007.
