Helena Arcourt-Rippingale is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and commercial law. Currently serving as the Global Head Senior Commercial and IP Legal Counsel at Soho House & Co since May 2017, Helena leads the global intellectual property portfolio, collaborating with key stakeholders on the IP strategy to secure brand protection and facilitate expansion into new markets. Previous roles include Associate Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Soho House, Associate at Addleshaw Goddard focusing on commercial and IP aspects of significant corporate deals, and Trainee Solicitor at SJ Berwin LLP with experience in litigation and M&A. Helena's foundational legal training includes a LPC from BPP Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology from Bristol University.
