Clement Homolle

Clement Homolle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Clement currently works as a Senior Director of Business Transformation at Soitec since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Consulting Partner of Transformation at Sopra Steria Next from 2018 to 2022. From 2013 to 2018, Clement held the position of Transformation Director at Firmenich.

In 2009, Clement co-founded SyriusPartners, a consulting firm focused on problem-solving and top management advisory. Clement played a crucial role in the company's success through their expertise and international exposure. Before founding SyriusPartners, Clement worked briefly as a Vice-President at AlixPartners in 2012 and as a Purchasing Expert at The Highland Group from 2009 to 2012.

Clement's career began in 2001, working as a Project Leader at MASAï and as a Due Diligence Analyst at L.E.K. Consulting. Clement also served as China General Manager at MASAï Sourcing China from 2005 to 2009, where they successfully led numerous Global Sourcing and Cost Optimization projects.

Prior to their consulting career, Clement gained valuable experience as a Lieutenant in the French Navy, serving on the French Navy Ship LYRE from 1998 to 1999.

Clement Homolle received their Master of Science degree from École Polytechnique from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 1997 to 1998 and Lycée Hoche from 1993 to 1997. Clement also has additional certifications, including PMP - Project Management Professional obtained in 2015, CSCP - Certified Supply Chain Professional obtained in 2014, BSCM - Basics of Supply Chain Management obtained in 2013, and Certified SA8000 Auditor (Ethical and Social Accountability Standard) obtained in 2006.
