Michael Liddell

Mike joined Solebury Capital in 2012 and has worked on nearly 50 successfully priced IPOs and private placements, as well as nearly 100 follow-on and block trade transactions. Some of the notable deals that Mike has advised are BellRing Brands, Reynolds, AGS, Burlington Stores, CommScope, Envision, Aramark, Axalta, REV Group, Avantor, SNAP, Canada Goose, ADT, Palomar and Bain Capital Specialty Finance. In addition Mike advised on the dual-track processes that resulted in the sale of Mauser, Pharmedium, Arizona Chemical and Trader Corp. Prior to joining the firm, Mike spent nearly 10 years doing sell side research with Goldman Sachs and Nomura Securities and buy side investing at Millennium Management. During this time, he focused primarily on the TMT verticals, specifically in the Broadcasting, Media, Internet and Gaming sectors. Mike began his career at Ernst & Young as a tax consultant where he earned his CPA license. Mike is a CFA Charterholder and an active member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts.

Mike serves on the Board for the Roxey Ballet and earned B.A.s in both Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University. He resides in Solebury, PA with his wife and two children.
