Thales Benacci Munhoz

Thales Benacci Munhoz is an experienced plant operations leader with a comprehensive background in manufacturing, process engineering, and safety management. Currently serving as Plant General Manager at Solenis since April 2024, Thales oversees operations and leads a team of 80 members across various functions. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Buckman, where responsibility encompassed safe operational leadership at a Brazil facility and LATAM operations, and Process Engineering & Process Safety Manager for LATAM operations. Thales began a career at Monsanto Company, taking on multiple engineering and coordination roles, and earlier positions included work with Tenaris and BASF. Thales holds an MBA in Industrial Management from FGV and a degree in Industrial Chemical Engineering from USP.
