Brian Franca Mba, Sphr

Brian Franca, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Solid Power, Inc. since April 2022, after advancing through several roles including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. With extensive experience in education, Brian has held the position of Business Education Teacher at Jeffco Public Schools from 2002 to 2016, where curriculum development and instructional leadership were key responsibilities. Concurrently, Brian was the Business Department Chair and Head Cheerleading Coach at Ralston Valley High School, leading the cheerleading program to multiple championships. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at Rebel Oaks LLC and as a CHSAA Spirit Rules Interpreter. Brian's formal education includes a Master of Business Administration from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from Colorado State University.
