Phill Scholes has over 20 years of work experience in the audio and manufacturing industry. Phill began their career as a Product Quality Engineer at AMS Neve PLC, where they improved planning and manufacturing quality on sub-assemblies. Phill then became the Analog Products Team Leader, introducing the 88R large format console into production and streamlining testing and manufacturing processes. Scholes later joined Celestica Ltd. as a Supplier Engineer, responsible for technical procurement and maintaining quality standards for clients such as Nokia, Seagate, and Silicon Graphics. Phill worked with international teams to improve delivered quality. Currently, Scholes is the Vice President of Technical Operations at Solid State Logic, where they oversee technical operations and previously served as a Service Manager for the US Western Region and a Senior Service Engineer.
Phill Scholes obtained a BEng degree in Electronic Engineering from Middlesex University, which they attended from 1990 to 1991. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications, including Dante Certification Level 2 from Audinate in January 2018, Dante Certification Level 1 from Audinate in August 2017, and Leadership for Managers from Dale Carnegie in 2013.
