Oleksandr Sapielnikov

Oleksandr Sapielnikov has a work experience that includes positions at Solidgate and UAFIC. At Solidgate, they started working in December 2019 as a Data Analyst. In this role, they developed an anomaly and time-series monitoring system for business metrics, organized the BI process for all teams, and analyzed company data to improve key metrics such as fraud ratio and approval ratio. Oleksandr also provided analytics for launching new features and handled clients' ad-hoc requests. Oleksandr then moved on to become the Operation Analytics Lead in October 2021, where they continued to contribute to data analysis and reporting. Eventually, they became the Head of Analytics in December 2022. At UAFIC, they began their career as a Junior Python Developer in July 2019 and worked until January 2020.

Oleksandr Sapielnikov obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 2016 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Rusanivkiy Lyceum from 2014 to 2016.
