Javier Heitz

Javier Heitz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Javier started their career as a CRM/ERP Consultant at Arinso, where they developed Vantive application for Telefonica and worked on international projects for Meta4's ERP software. Javier then joined Software AG Spain as a CRM Consultant and Subject Matter Expert.

From 2003 to 2006, Javier worked at Computacenter as a Business Analyst and Project Lead. Javier was responsible for designing and maintaining a complete Service Management Tool Suite used by over 25 Managed Services customers.

In 2006, Javier joined Amdocs as a Senior Consultant and Project Lead. Here, they played a key role in redefining business processes and implementing Lean Sigma techniques for the Virgin Media National Workflow Programme.

Javier founded S4G Consulting in 2008 and served as its CEO. Under their leadership, S4G Consulting became the 4th Salesforce.com Gold Partner in the world based on customer ratings.

In 2020, Javier became a member of the EMEA Partner Advisory Board at Salesforce.org. Javier worked collaboratively to address challenges in serving Nonprofit and Education organizations.

More recently, in 2022, Javier joined McKinsey & Company as the Salesforce Venture Leader. Javier is responsible for overseeing high-impact projects for clients who have chosen Salesforce as their CX solution.

Throughout their career, Javier has demonstrated expertise in CRM, ERP, business process transformation, and project management. Their work experience spans across various industries, including telecommunications, technology consulting, and managed services.

Javier Heitz completed their undergraduate education at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Informatics Engineering. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer certification from Salesforce.com in June 2010. In September 2008, they achieved both the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Salesforce.com Certified Consultant certifications. Prior to that, in 2007, they obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation and Lean Sigma, although the institutions from which they obtained these certifications are not specified.
