Gerard Nealon

Gerard Nealon is Co-founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Solve Advisors. He draws on more than 15 years of experience in systems architecture and development, RMBS/CMBS modeling, and analytical tool-building for esoteric securities.

Prior to co-founding Solve Advisors, Gerard was Vice President and co-Head of Analytics at Houlihan Lokey (Red Pine Advisors), where he built analytical tools in order to price complex and illiquid securities and designed a fully distributed computation grid. Before Houlihan Lokey, Gerard was a Project Manager at Sandell Asset Management where he implemented real-time P&L applications, designed complex genetic algorithms and developed a fully distributed web crawler. Before Sandell, Gerard was a Lead Software Architect at ACA Capital where he built the architecture of a firm-wide platform that helped manage over $90bn in risk positions.

Gerard earned his Master’s in Cryptography and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.
