Ricky Lam is an Underwriting Trainee specializing in E&O/Cyber at Sompo since July 2024, following an internship at PURE Insurance where Ricky worked as an Internal Strategic Consulting & Investment Management Analyst from May to August 2023. Ricky's contributions included implementing a streamlined internal feedback process for HR, conducting a comprehensive analysis of live service capabilities, and assisting in managing a $1.5 billion investment portfolio. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Strategy & Investor Relations Associate at Terviva, where Ricky organized due diligence materials and developed presentations related to market trends, and working as an Event Coordinator for the Harvard-Radcliffe Chinese Students Association. Ricky Lam is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History of Science at Harvard University, expected to graduate in 2024.
