Graham Brown

Graham Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience. Graham started their career as a Director at DC White Engineering Consultants Ltd., where they specialized in mechanical and structural engineering consultancy. Graham then moved on to work as a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Reading.

In 2010, Brown became a Director at Wavefront Systems, a company that develops imaging sonar systems for maritime security and defense. Graham contributed to the development of technology for protecting critical infrastructure and monitoring undersea assets.

Brown's career progressed as they took on roles at Sonardyne International Ltd. Graham served as the Chief Mechanical Engineer, Director, Divisional Director for Oil and Gas, and Sales & Marketing Director. Since 2020, they have held the position of Managing Director at Sonardyne, leading the company's efforts to provide underwater acoustic, inertial, optical, and sonar technology worldwide.

Furthermore, Brown is currently a Member of the Management Board at Forcys since 2022.

Graham Brown holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Reading, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Prior to this, they also completed their BEng(Hons) in Engineering at the same university from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their academic qualifications, Graham has obtained certifications such as Registered Manager from the Care Quality Commission. Furthermore, they have been recognized as a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow (FIMarEST) of The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST), and a Fellow (FIoD) of The Institute of Directors.
