In their most recent position at Radisson, they led sales, marketing, digital, contact centers, branding, revenue optimization, and analytics for 700+ properties in 16+ countries. Kristen has a proven track record of driving top-line revenue growth and is an expert in revenue management, pricing, and yield management.
