Lan Tang

Lan Tang is a seasoned professional in the field of biological research, currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. since April 2021. With prior extensive experience at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. from November 2010 to February 2023, Lan led cell culture aspects in glycan biology assays and contributed to small molecule discovery projects. In addition, roles at BioLegend and UCSD Medical Center further enhanced skills in protein expression, purification, and laboratory management, alongside significant contributions to studies involving IL-1 signaling pathways and animal models. Lan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Liaoning University, China.
