Aldn Leonard Baros

Aldn Leonard Baros has extensive experience in security management, currently serving as Deputy Chief Security at G4S since August 2021. Previously, Aldn held the position of Area Manager Security at PT. SOS INDONESIA since January 2014 and served as Chief Security Officer at PT Perkasa Abdi Bhuana from January 2019 to November 2023, overseeing security operations for Perusahaan Gas Negara. Additionally, Aldn was Chief Security Officer at PT. ALKATRA for the Bechtel project from September 2022 to July 2023. Earlier roles include Security Supervisor at PT. Karya Prima Usahatama and security leadership positions at ISS Indonesia from June 2013 to February 2018. Aldn holds an education credential from SMK N3 Tanjung Pinang, completed in 1999.
