Jessica McClure, CPCC, PCC

Jessica McClure, CPCC, PCC is an experienced leadership and executive coach. Jessica has worked with clients to help them discover their strengths, find creative solutions, and create a life based on choice. Jessica has a strong belief in the wisdom of their clients and works with them to enact lasting change and step into their power and leadership.

Jessica has worked as an executive coach and core guide at Chief, a private network for women leaders in the C-suite. Jessica has also served as a leadership coach at Sounding Board, Inc and as a coach on the Seattle team of Blue Door Partners, a San Francisco-based coaching organization.

In addition to their coaching roles, Jessica has a background in leasing and merchandising strategy for retail and restaurant spaces. Jessica worked as a senior leasing representative at Related, where they were responsible for maximizing profit and overall merchandising goals for shopping malls. Prior to that, they worked as a leasing representative at Urban Retail Properties, where they specialized in growing small retailers and managing specialty leasing programs.

Throughout their career, Jessica has excelled in both team settings and working independently. Jessica has a proven track record of increasing ROI and fostering strong relationships with retailers.

Jessica McClure attended Western Michigan University from 1989 to 1992, where they studied Political Science and Environmental Studies. In 2015 and 2016, they completed their education at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), although no degree or field of study is specified. Jessica obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the CCL Assessment Certification Course from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2023, the Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in 2021, and the Sounding Board 1:1 Leadership Coach certification from Sounding Board, Inc. in 2018. Jessica is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certified by the International Coaching Federation, being granted this certification in January 2020.
