Monica Sidhu

Monica Sidhu currently serves as Team Lead for Customer Success UK - Specialty at Bullhorn, a position held since April 2024 following the acquisition of SourceBreaker, where Monica was Senior Customer Success Manager - MidMarket from January 2022 to April 2024. Notable achievements during this tenure include hosting the inaugural podcast "Back To The Source" and winning the 2022 Emerging Talent Award, as well as receiving recognition as CSM of the Quarter and Employee of the Month. Prior to this, Monica worked as an Associate Consultant at Austin Fraser and as an Office Administrator at Anderson Young Aviation. Monica holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Hertfordshire, graduated in June 2021.
