Steve Gatica

Steve Gatica is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract administration and management within the defense and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Administrator at Southcoast Welding & Manufacturing since March 2019, Steve previously held similar roles at BAE Systems from March 2004 to February 2019, where responsibilities included leading complex proposals and contract activities. Steve's career in the US Navy from January 1981 to May 2003 provided foundational experience, including roles as a Hull Maintenance Technician and Waterfront Services Supervisor, along with leadership in the Planning and Estimating Department. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and multiple associate degrees in related fields.
