Paulette Blackson Royster

Paulette Blackson Royster is the Administrator at Southwest Leadership Academy Charter School. Paulette has been a Founding Member and Director of Family and Community Partnerships. Paulette played a crucial role in developing the school and currently assesses family and community needs to coordinate programs that support scholars and families. Paulette holds a Master of Education degree in Elementary Education from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University.
