Deborah Cessna

Deborah Cessna is an accomplished Information Technology Program Manager and Process Improvement Leader with over 24 years of experience in the field. Currently serving at Spalding Consulting, Inc., a Saalex company, since December 2007, Deborah has held multiple roles including Information Technology Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager, demonstrating expertise across all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Prior experience includes a tenure at Lockheed Martin Information Technology as a Senior Systems Development Specialist. Deborah obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business with a focus on Information Technology Management from Western Governors University between 2017 and 2019.
