Nick Deprimo

Nicholas DePrimo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in upstream process development, currently serving as Associate Director at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. Nicholas leads a team of over 10 scientists, focusing on process optimization and qualification across various products. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions including Upstream Process Development Manager and Lead Scientist at Spark, overseeing gene therapy product development and regulatory submissions. Previous experience includes significant roles at Janssen Inc., where Nicholas contributed to oncology product development and tech transfer, and at Charles River Laboratories, executing GMP-guided purification experiments.
