Emma Jordan

Emma Giorgio Jordan, SHRM-CP, LSSGB, serves as the Vice President of Professional Services at Specialized Staffing Solutions since October 2018, where responsibilities include managing sales personnel, overseeing company P&Ls, and implementing recruiting initiatives. Previously, Emma held the position of Manager of Professional Services at Engineering Search Group, where the focus was on formalizing professional services, developing branding, and executing strategic programs. Prior experience includes roles at United Way of St. Joseph County, Indiana Army National Guard, COTG – A Xerox Company, and Monarch Beverage, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Purdue University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Ball State University.
