JoAnn Grimaldi possesses extensive experience in service delivery and project management across various technology and telecommunications companies. Currently serving as the Provisioning Escalations Management Access & Cloud lead at Service Delivery Escalations Management since January 2018, JoAnn is responsible for managing all access and cloud escalations for Spectrotel, ensuring timely resolutions. In addition, JoAnn has been a Service Delivery Manager at Spectrotel since November 2015, overseeing client order delivery and maintaining high service levels. Prior roles include Project Manager for AT&T Network Planning & Engineering, Database Administrator at Avaya, and Unix Systems Administrator at both IBM and AT&T, with a career beginning in print administration at AT&T Bell Laboratories.
