Chris Mitchell

Chris Mitchell is the Managing Director at Spectrum Equity. Prior to their current position, Chris was a Board Director at Cboe Global Markets from February 2017 to May 2018. Chris was also a Board Director at Tenstreet, LLC, RainKing Solutions, Definitive Healthcare, and Ethoca. Verafin was acquired by NASDAQ in February 2021.

Chris Mitchell graduated from The Roxbury Latin School before going on to study Classics at Princeton University, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts degree.
