Matt McAlear is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in business strategy, technology, and mentorship. Currently serving as the Host of Speed Mentorship, a podcast focused on leadership insights, Matt also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at The McAlear Group, Inc., where strategic oversight and expansion efforts are key responsibilities. Previously, Matt played a significant role at Service Spring Corp as the Emerging Technology Director, leading IT initiatives and software development. Matt co-founded Visual Construction, focusing on digital technology solutions, and has held various roles ranging from manufacturing engineering to project management throughout a diverse career. Educational background includes a degree in General Business from Owens Community College and a high school diploma from Rossford High School.
