Tracy Hansen

Tracy Hansen is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as Lead Business Analyst at Speridian Technologies since August 2022. Previously, Tracy held positions including Application Analyst at the State of Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services and Business Analyst at Cover Oregon, focusing on analyzing federal and state policies to identify business needs and solutions within the healthcare sector. With a strong foundation in policy analysis, Tracy also contributed as an Office and Policy Analyst for the Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Department of Human Services, engaging with various stakeholders to improve program procedures and deliver quality client services. Tracy holds a Medical Assistant Certification from Bradford School and a high school diploma from Mountain View High School.
