Danielle Flad has extensive experience in brand experience, visual merchandising, and marketing. Danielle currently holds the position of Director Brand Experience at Sperry, a role they have held since December 2021. Previous to this, they served as the Director of Visual Merchandising/Marketing DTC at Wolverine Worldwide, starting in June 2015. Before joining Wolverine Worldwide, Danielle worked at Banana Republic / Gap Inc. as the Regional Visual Merch Manager from June 2014 to June 2015. Prior to that, they were the Visual Merchandising Manager at Soft Surroundings from October 2010 to May 2014. Danielle's career also includes a role as the Regional Visual Manager at J. Jill from 2003 to November 2010.
Danielle Flad received their Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising/Marketing from Lasell University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
