William Phelan

William Phelan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2014, they founded Small Business Lending Services (SBLS) where they valued small business loans for trading between institutions and lenders. During their time at SBLS, they built the company website, business server, and data & analytics storage. William successfully sold four contracts, valuing $200 million of small business loans.
