Gemma Cottrell

Gemma Cottrell has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Gemma is currently the HR Director at SPICA Technologies Ltd since November 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Employee Essentials Ltd starting from December 2011. Their career began at House of Fraser in June 2007, where they served as a Regional HR Adviser until December 2011.

Gemma Cottrell pursued their education with a strong focus on business and management. Gemma attended Polesworth High School from 1993 to 2000, where they completed their GCSEs/A LEVELS in a variety of subjects including English, Mathematics, Business Studies, Art, French, Science, General Studies, and History. After high school, Gemma Cottrell enrolled at Birmingham City University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Gemma then furthered their education by attending Aston University from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management & Business, specializing in HR & Business.
