Tony Reed has worked in the food industry since 2013. Tony began their career as the General Manager/Chef at Nudo Ramen House, where they were responsible for developing ways to make the restaurant run more efficiently, including inventory management, FOH teamwork, BOH teamwork, training new employees, developing new menu items, and employee hours management. In 2015, they moved to Spiceologist as the Operations Manager. In 2017, they joined Spiceology, where they have held the positions of Executive Director of Culinary Innovation, Senior Director of Innovation and Partnerships, and Director of Foodservice.
Tony Reed attended the Inland Northwest Culinary Academy @ SCC from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Tony also holds two Certified Culinarian certifications.
