Billy Wichers

Billy Wichers has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2019 to present, they worked at Splinterlands as a Support Team Lead, managing the Account Management support team and handling issues with user access and account recovery. Billy also trained support users on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Zendesk. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they served as a Telegram Community Moderator at Splinterlands. Before joining Splinterlands, Billy worked as a Driver at Uber from 2018 to 2020. Billy also worked as an Assistant at SGDesign from 2015 to 2016 and as an Administrative Assistant at the College of Southern Nevada from 2012 to 2013.

Billy Wichers completed their high school education at Bishop Gorman High School from 2003 to 2005, earning a High School Diploma. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2015, they attended the College of Southern Nevada and obtained an Associate's degree in Anthropology.
