Ricardo Pietrobon

Ricardo Pietrobon is the Chief Executive Officer of SporeData Inc. since February 2014, leading innovative initiatives in the company. Prior to this role, Ricardo served as an Associate Professor at Duke University from 2001 until September 2014, where responsibilities included serving as Associate Vice Chair for Research and Innovation Processes and directing the Research and Innovation Coaching Program. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Epidemiology from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business (2004-2006), a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1999-2004), and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universidade Federal do Paraná (1988-1994).
