David Kennedy

David Kennedy is an experienced professional in the sports sector with a diverse background in grant management and sports officiating. Currently serving as a referee observer and a Level 4 football referee for Leicestershire & Rutland County FA, David has also held various roles at Sport England since March 2008, culminating in the position of Investment Partner responsible for managing the Community Asset Fund. David's previous experience includes significant roles such as Senior Grants Manager and Regional Grants Manager, involving oversight of multi-million-pound budgets and project management. Additional roles include Directorship at Westwalk Management Company Limited and a Healthy Communities Development Officer position at Rutland County Council, focused on promoting physical activity within the community.
