Dan Barker

Dan Barker has over 15 years of experience in total rewards and remuneration. Dan is currently the SVP - Total Reward at Sportradar since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aristocrat from 2013 to 2022, holding various roles such as VP - Total Reward, GM - Remuneration & Benefits, and Remuneration & Benefits Manager. Before joining Aristocrat, they worked as a Senior Reward Specialist at QBE Insurance from 2011 to 2013 and as a Remuneration Consultant at Aon Hewitt from 2007 to 2011.

Dan Barker received their Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
