Melissa Murphy

Melissa (Edmonds) Murphy is an experienced product operations leader currently serving as VP Product Operations at SpotOn since September 2020. In this role, Melissa oversees a team that enhances collaboration between product managers and field operations, focusing on optimizing customer experiences. Prior to this, Melissa held various positions at SpotOn, including Senior Director of Product for Restaurants and Sports & Entertainment/Enterprise, where strategic partnerships and client needs assessments were prioritized. Melissa's previous experience includes significant roles at Devbridge and Morningstar, where Melissa managed large-scale projects and product launches across various sectors. Melissa holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Management with a focus on International Business and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
