Taylor Allred

Taylor Allred is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Manager of NERC Compliance at AES Clean Energy since February 2021 and as Compliance Administrator at sPower since October 2017. In the role at sPower, Taylor leads compliance initiatives specializing in NERC and other regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Prior experience includes serving as Compliance Manager and Supervisor of Stakeholder Services at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council from 2009 to 2017, where responsibilities encompassed team management, data processing, training, and process improvements. Taylor began career as a Staff Analyst and Associate Compliance Process Analyst, focusing on business functions and compliance applications. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Utah.
