Michelle Alea Taylor

Michelle Alea Taylor currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Springfield Public Schools District 186, where responsibilities include developing training programs that significantly enhance user adoption of technology and improve retention and customer satisfaction. Previously, Michelle held the position of Learning & Development Assessment Specialist at the same district, achieving noteworthy improvements in state assessment passage rates through effective curriculum planning. Earlier roles at Champaign Unit 4 Schools focused on designing professional development initiatives and conducting performance analyses. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology Leadership from Concordia University Chicago and multiple Bachelor’s degrees in Elementary Education from Eastern Illinois University, alongside an Associate degree in Education from Danville Area Community College.
