Nathan Perez

Nathan Perez has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006. Nathan began their career as a Marketing Associate and Move-in Coordinator at Monroe Village, where they assisted the sales team and communicated with residents to ensure their needs were met. In 2007, they became a Senior Sales Counselor at Springpoint Senior Living, where they counseled prospective residents, conducted tours, and coordinated marketing and event planning. In 2013, they were promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at the same company. Currently, Nathan holds the position of Regional Sales Director at Springpoint Senior Living, a role they have been in since March 2023. In between their positions at Springpoint Senior Living, they briefly worked as a Senior Loan Officer and Mortgage Representative at Advisors Mortgage Group, LLC in 2006, where they generated leads and maintained client relationships.

Nathan Perez has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a field of study in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
