Karin Lundgren-Hartikainen has extensive work experience in various roles within the supply chain and logistics industry. Karin started their career at AstraZeneca in 2003 and held positions such as Global Supply Director, Director Inventory Management & Supply Chain Processes, and Director Global Supply Chain Governance & Assurance. In these roles, they were responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, implementing Lean principles, and ensuring efficient inventory management. Karin later became the Head of Supply Chain Process Governance, where they focused on improving process maturity and driving performance initiatives. Karin then took on the role of Head of Sourcing & Supply at AstraZeneca's Sweden Operations, overseeing a manufacturing site that supplied to various customers in multiple countries. Most recently, they served as the Digital & Supply Chain Lead for the EMEA Supply Region, leading the transformation towards a digital Factory of the Future. In 2023, they joined Spendrups Bryggeri AB as the Strategy Transformation Lead. Overall, Karin Lundgren-Hartikainen has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, process improvement, and transformation initiatives.
Karin Lundgren-Hartikainen completed a program called "Rätt fokus i styrelsearbete" at StyrelseAkademien in 2021. From 2002 to 2004, they attended the University of Warwick, where they pursued a Manufaturing Professional Program. Karin Lundgren-Hartikainen earned their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production from KTH Royal Institute of Technology between 1985 and 1989.
