Drishika Muthanna has a diverse work experience. Initially, they worked at Ernst & Young as a Consultant in the IT Risk Advisory/Assurance practice, focusing on information security risk assessments and implementing IT controls. Drishika gained experience with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 1 & 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and EU GDPR.

Following that, they joined Proactive for their as a Product Manager, where they collaborated with developers, web designers, and physicians to create a web diagnostic and educational tool for women with Irregular Periods. Drishika also developed blog content and worked on building a subscriber base for upcoming product releases while identifying high-performing channels and content.

Afterwards, they joined Freshworks and held two roles. Initially, they worked as a Management Trainee in Growth Marketing, where they gained experience in marketing operations and integrated marketing. Drishika supported the AOP exercise and executed various campaign legs to support go-to-market strategies. Later on, they became a Manager in Integrated Marketing, responsible for conceptualizing and launching campaign assets.

Finally, they are currently working at Sprinklr as a Manager in the Integrated Marketing department.

Drishika Muthanna completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing and ITM from the Indian School of Business between 2019 and 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV College of Engineering, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Drishika also acquired certifications in Content Marketing from HubSpot Academy in December 2020 and in Data Science and Machine Learning with R from Udemy in August 2020.
