Yogesh Yadav

Yogesh Yadav, CFA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and treasury management. Currently serving as CFO at Sprng Energy, Yogesh has held various significant roles including Head of Treasury for Basrah Gas Company, Manager of M&A and Commercial Finance at Shell, and Associate in Corporate M&A at Equinor. Previous positions also include Associate at Actis Capital LLP and roles in risk management and cost estimation at Shell Global Solutions. Yogesh holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and an MBA from London Business School.
