Donald Chenevert Jr.

Donald Chenevert, Jr. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and management. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at SRC Holdings Corporation since August 2015, Donald provides legal counsel and strategic guidance to the executive team of a $650 million employee-owned manufacturing firm. Prior to SRC, Donald held various roles at Caterpillar Inc. from July 2008 to July 2015, including Manager of Legal Services for the Reman, Components & Work Tools Division and Manager of Asia Pacific Legal Services based in India. Earlier experience includes positions such as Senior Corporate Counsel in Singapore and Corporate Attorney specializing in litigation at Caterpillar, as well as an attorney at Lord, Bissell & Brook. Donald holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi College, along with Executive Education in Mergers & Acquisitions from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
