Jen Sell Matzke

Jen Sell Matzke currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at St. Cloud Industrial Products, Inc. since July 2023, after a distinguished career at St. Cloud State University where roles included Dean of Students and various leadership positions within the Division of Student Life and Development. Matzke’s experience encompasses strategic planning and fiscal management for significant departmental budgets, with a strong emphasis on enhancing student experiences and operational efficiency. Educationally, Jen Sell Matzke holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from St. Cloud State University.
