Chiara Padovani

Chiara Padovani has worked in HR and talent acquisition for several years. Chiara began their career as an intern at Sogefi Group before moving on to Lee Hecht Harrison, where they worked as a sales development representative and talent connector. In this role, they were responsible for generating new business opportunities, screening resumes, and posting internal and external job openings. Chiara then spent a year as an HR assistant at About Job before taking on their current role as talent acquisition manager at Otoqi. In this role, they are responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for the company.
