Sean Sergi

Sean Sergi has a wealth of experience in human resources, with roles at various organizations. Sean served as the Director, Human Resources Services at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton in 2022, Director of HR Services at Mohawk College in the same year, and held multiple positions at AGF Investments Inc., including Director of Compensation & Benefits. Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated expertise in compensation, benefits, employee wellness, and HR systems.

Sean Sergi completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Applied Studies with a Management Studies minor at the University of Waterloo from 1993 to 1998. In 2019, they attended Mohawk College to receive an Acknowledgement of Completion in Workplace Safety & Insurance Board Adjudication. Sean also pursued an Advanced Human Resources Certificate at Queen's University and completed Project Management Fundamentals at the University of Waterloo, both in 2019.
