Luiza Avetisyan

Luiza Avetisyan, PhD, PMP®, is a dynamic entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in various sectors. As the co-founder and CEO of staff.am, Luiza oversees initiatives focused on product, team, and company growth. In addition, Luiza founded Fempower with the goal of empowering one million women globally in their careers and businesses. Luiza co-founded Moossah Wines, where the essence of Armenian winemaking is highlighted, and is also involved with Hirebee.ai. Luiza has served as a visiting professor at the European Regional Academy, imparting knowledge in Project Management. Prior to these ventures, Luiza held significant roles at HSBC, including Head of Customer Value Management, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Luiza holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Technology from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia.
