Kristopher Bogdan

Kristopher Bogdan is the Head of Accounts Payable at Standard Industries. Kristopher has over three years of experience in accounts payable and has previously worked as an Accounts Payable Manager at Antares Capital LP. In their current role, Kristopher is responsible for supervising and delegating work to AP analysts, as well as focusing on building relationships and developing processes in accordance with new system and finance requirements.

Kristopher has extensive experience in training and supervising Accounts Payable Analysts on new tools and processes. Kristopher has also worked closely with general ledger and revenue generating teams to develop payable and receivable processes for new funds and affiliates that are launched, enabling reimbursement of expenses. In addition, Kristopher has assisted controllership with review and approval of new vendors and invoices submitted by Accounts Payable Analysts to ensure accuracy.

Kristopher has a proven track record of successfully implementing changes and enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency. Kristopher has also worked with consultants to direct and deliver continued end-to-end procure to pay improvements within Microsoft Dynamics, resulting in significant process time savings. Kristopher is known for their dedication to providing high quality service to both external and internal stakeholders for any Accounts Payable and Travel Expense related inquiries.

Under Kristopher’s leadership, the team has made great strides in streamlining the Accounts Payable process. Kristopher has also worked with leadership to review and update the Travel & Living policy, as well as implementing corresponding updates
