Justin Hains

Justin Hains is an experienced environmental scientist and project manager currently serving as Project Manager, Team Lead, and Associate at Stantec since January 2022. Specializing in contaminated site investigation and remediation projects, Justin leads a skilled team of seven environmental scientists and engineers. Prior to Stantec, Justin worked at Hemmera from 2011 to January 2022 as a Project Manager and Team Manager, managing environmental site assessments and remediation projects across various sectors, while also supporting the training and development of a team of scientists and biologists. Earlier experience includes roles as an Environmental Scientist, Wildfire Crew member at Parks Canada, and a leader of a wildfire crew at Alberta Sustainable Resource Development. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Victoria.
