Eleanor de Ramos

Eleanor De Ramos currently serves as a Personal Care Worker at My Guardian - Aged & Disability Care since May 2024 and as a Barista at Starbucks Australia since August 2023. Previously, Eleanor held various positions including Barista at Starbucks Philippines from October 2021 to November 2022, and was a Team Member for Experience Management at AIESEC from October 2019 to March 2021, focusing on enhancing member experiences. In addition, Eleanor was part of the organizing committee for AIESEC Ball 2021 under Sales and Sponsorship, and was a Small Business Owner at Darling Eats PH, specializing in baked goods. Eleanor contributed to the Membership Experience Design Project at AIESEC in the Philippines and completed an internship as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Creotec Philippines Inc. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Nursing from TAFE NSW (in progress), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education from De La Salle University, along with a Senior High School diploma in the STEM strand from South Mansfield College.
