Kandice Owens

Kandice Owens has extensive experience in customer service and care-oriented roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at State Collection Service, Inc. since November 2016, Kandice previously worked as a Customer Service Associate at OPTUM Career & Professionals and fulfilled various roles that included Life Enrichment Coordinator at Enlivant, where responsibilities involved leading social activities for seniors. Additional experience includes assistant management at Journeys, caretaker duties at Homes for Independent Living of Wisconsin LLC, and personal caretaker work for a child with cancer. Earlier roles included security work at Securitas and customer service positions at Walgreens and the Disney Store, demonstrating a solid foundation in retail and service environments. Kandice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
